When I have to restick doors I do it right after I cut them off and have them laying flat on a work table
so that they don't have a chance to twist.
My concern is that without the bottom piece glued in place you might get some twist in the door when
you are lifting, hanging and taking down. I suppose that it would be ok if you pushed the door firmly back down
on a flat surface before you glue it. The less movement without 4 sides of frame glued in place the better.
